Delete my data
OUCH! has no accounts. What our server keeps is linked to a random Install ID, and you can delete it in the app in three taps.
In the app
- Open OUCH! and tap the gear to open Settings.
- Tap Delete My Data.
- Tap Yes. You need to be online.
The app says “Your data is deleted.” and starts again with a new Install ID.
By email
If you can’t use the app, email app@greentomatomedia.com and ask us to delete your data. Include your Install ID: you’ll find it in Settings → Install ID, and a tap copies it. We delete your data and confirm within 30 days.
If you bought Premium, add your Google Play order number (it starts with GPA.) so we can find your subscription records too. If you’ve already uninstalled OUCH!, the Install ID went with it: without it, we can’t tell which records are yours, and they expire on the schedule in our privacy policy.
What is deleted
- Your install’s record on our server: when it started, its AI card counts and its free AI pack.
- Your subscription records and the AI card reports you sent.
- Your profile at Adapty, our subscription service, and your Install ID at Firebase Authentication.
- The link between your Install ID and our events: they can no longer be traced to you, and they expire on their normal schedule.
What stays
- Your phone’s data. Custom packs, players’ nicknames and settings never reached us, so they stay on your phone. Uninstalling the app deletes them.
- Premium. It belongs to your Google Play account. Use Restore in the app to bring it back, or cancel it in Google Play subscriptions. Deleting your data doesn’t cancel it.
- Purchase records (plan, price, dates and order number), kept for 6 years for tax and accounting.
- Crash reports, which expire after 90 days, and usage statistics in Google Analytics, which aren’t linked to your Install ID and expire after at most 14 months. To stop sending statistics, turn off Settings → Usage Statistics.
